Welcome to Springs Jewelry & Pawn. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of springsjp.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from the Site.
3. Products & Descriptions
Much of our inventory is estate and pre-owned jewelry. These pieces are one of a kind and are sold in the condition described in each listing. We describe every item as accurately as we can, including metal purity, weights, and measurements, which may be approximate. Photographs are of the actual item unless stated otherwise, but colors and scale may vary by screen. Gemstone treatments, grades, and appraisals referenced in listings are provided for description only and are not a guarantee of value.
4. Pricing & Errors
All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Because most estate items are one of a kind, quantities are limited to the stock shown. We do our best to keep the Site accurate, but if an item is listed with an incorrect price or description, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid before shipment.
5. Orders, Acceptance & ID Verification
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, including where we suspect fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability. An order is accepted when it ships. Any order over $500 requires identity verification before shipment. We will contact you with instructions, and orders that cannot be verified will be cancelled and refunded.
6. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major cards and financing through third-party providers such as Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay. Financing is an agreement between you and the provider under their own terms; we are not a party to that agreement.
7. Shipping, Insurance & Risk of Loss
Orders are typically handled within 2–3 business days. Any order over $100 is shipped fully insured and requires an adult signature on delivery. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. Please inspect your order on arrival and report damage or errors within 48 hours.
8. Returns & Store Credit
Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: refunds are issued as store credit only, estate and pre-owned items may be returned within 30 days, and all new, custom, engraved, resized, or altered items are final sale.
9. Not Valuation or Investment Advice
Nothing on the Site is an appraisal, valuation, or investment advice. Precious metal and gemstone values fluctuate, and past prices do not guarantee future value.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, photographs, logos, and design — belongs to Springs Jewelry & Pawn or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing it with automated tools for scraping, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
12. Third-Party Services
The Site uses third-party services such as payment processors and shipping carriers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or terms of third parties.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all items are provided “as is” and “as available” except as expressly stated in a listing or required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Springs Jewelry & Pawn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any purchase. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the item giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Springs Jewelry & Pawn harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
16. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alachua County, Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
